Account

How can I cancel my subscription?

If you want to cancel your free trial you will need to go to PayPal and cancel the scheduled payment before your one month trial ends.

If you haven’t had a free trial and you want to cancel your plan you can do so within the first 14 days of purchase under The Consumer Contracts Regulations. You will need to contact us to do this.

How do I change my invite page username/password?

When you create your account with us you will receive a welcome email. This email contains a link to your request invite page as well as your username and password. If needed, the username and password for this page can be changed.

To request a change to your username or password, simply send a support request to support@netreviewservice.com or use the support form on our site. The support form can be found in the bottom right of the site (orange button). If you are submitting a ticket via email please put your company name and request in the email subject.

Can I change the company details shown on my review request landing page?

When you create your account with us you will provide details such as your company name, address and phone number. These are displayed in the top-right corner of the landing page.

To request a change to your company details, simply send a support request to support@netreviewservice.com or use the support form on our site. The support form can be found in the bottom right of the site (orange button). If you are submitting a ticket via email please put your company name and request in the email subject.

Can I add new review sites to my account?

Yes, new review sites can be added to your account to be monitored in addition to the review sites submitted during account creation.

To add a new review site, simply send a support request to support@netreviewservice.com or use the support form on our site. The support form can be found in the bottom right of the site (orange button). If you are submitting a ticket via email please put your company name and request in the email subject.

Billing

I have a free trial, when will I be billed?

You will be billed after one month on or around the same date you signed up when the free trial ends and then each month on the same date.

Example: If you signed up on the 12th of the month, you would have until the 11th of the following month for your free trial and then you will be billed on the 12th/13th of the month.

Communication

Can I add/change the email addresses used to receive review notifications/review reports?

Additional email addresses can be added to your account to receive notifications/reports in addition to the email address submitted during account creation. You can also request new email addresses to be added to your system to receive these updates.

To add or change an email address to receive review notifications or review reports, simply send a support request to support@netreviewservice.com or use the support form on our site. Requests

Can my customers sign up for review requests?

We can provide you with a customer-facing opt-in form for initiating review campaigns. This form can be accessed via your browser and displayed on a device in your store or at an event you are participating in.

To request your opt-in form link, simply send a support request to support@netreviewservice.com or use the support form on our site. The support form can be found in the bottom right of the site (orange button). If you are submitting a ticket via email please put your company name and request in the email subject.

How many review requests are sent to my customer list?

By default, 3 review requests are sent to your customer. The first is sent once they are activated in the system, the second is sent after 3 days and the final request is sent after 7 days.

How do I add recipients to my review request customer list?

When you create your account with us you will receive a welcome email. This email contains a link to your request invite page as well as your username and password. The invite page allows you to manually enter recipients one at a time or in bulk via a CSV upload. The upload tab contains instructions on how to format your CSV for upload.

Can I change the frequency of the review request emails?

By default, 3 request emails are sent out to each person. These are sent immediately upon activation, after 3 days and after 7 days.

Can I change the text for the review request text messages?

Can I request reviews via text message?

When signing up for our service you will have the option to add a local GB phone number to run review campaigns via text message. If you do not select this option during signup but wish to add it at a later date you can.

To request text message campaign capability to be added to your account, simply send a support request to support@netreviewservice.com or use the support form on our site. Website

Can I request reviews from my website/email?

We can provide you with a widget for your email signature which will link people to the positive or negative review section of your landing page. We can also provide a widget to place on your website which will provide the same functionality.

Can I display my reviews on my website?

If you wish to display your reviews on your website, we can provide an embed code which can be added to your site to display your review stream.
